Really nice stay on holidays, liked staff and location. The room with shared bathroom. A shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets was a plus.

Liked that everything was perfectly fine, location and staff were wonderful. The room was fully-equipped with all necessary equipment and had satellite TV, central heating and tea/coffee making equipment.

We liked all the hotel offered, its perfect location and people. Booked a room for a double bedroom.

I have had a pleasant experience, this lovely welcoming, fairly clean hotel deserves more than 3 stars. Varied breakfasts with hard boiled eggs, jams plus fresh homemade bread, the stuff where all in all helpful.

i had 1 day in reykjavik, spending my time here lovely. the location was incredible, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a large indoor bazaar. lots of options nearby, i visited bars and restaurants minute away from the hotel. thank you, i enjoyed my stay and would definitely stop here again.

The staff - some of them were poor.

The rooms were budget and functional, the food was good. This hotel was located in a very central area just next door to museums and landmarks and the hill. Also, you could visit Laugavegur.

Stunningly beautiful, clean place, everything was very good, including location and staff. Also, I loved how strategic the location was. Had nice dainties at Cafe Babalu, located near the hotel.

All in all everything was perfect, had a very nice stay in our clean and comfortable room. We was offered a plentiful breakfast with home cooked bread.

Everything was very good, the continental breakfast was totally worth it. The staff were attentive and hospitable too. The breakfast was included and had plenty of meals. I loved my time at the hotel, thank you.

Room was double superior with large beds, lovely staff. There was lots of food that was fantastic. We got a room with a Jacuzzi.

The breakfast was so good there, the beds were comfortable enough, all you need for a such wonderful stay. It was located in a marina area. Very warm rooms, marvellous views, the staff was kind! Lots of various drinks, such as tea and coffee in the bar.

The location and stuff was what makes that place INCREDIBLE. Really clean building, spotless and lovely bedroom. They had a smooth check-in too. Also, it had parking on-site. Ideally set in the pedestrian area.

Loved the atmosphere of this good central hotel, practical location and warm rooms. Our room had a soft bed and an ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKING view. The staff was willing to help during our memorable stay which exceeded all expectations.

A cute hotel, I appreciated, staff was pleasant. Easy check-in. The location was convenient, in the shopping area. There were lots of restaurants to eat, like Old Iceland Restaurant that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

I had a very peaceful stay in a long time. Very pretty, very pretty room and delicious breakfast. The rooftop bar was modern and the staff were exceptionally professional. Climate control, terrace and an excellent air-conditioning in the room, the best location. The hotel was ideally located for traveling through Reykjavik. Automated check-in and good service.

Exceptionally friendly staff including bfast staff. Fully equipped, good rooms. The bed was extremely comfortable, so I had a terrific stay. Walking distance to a convenience store and a shopping area across the street...
